My approach is
natural, thoughtful and quietly observational.
I photograph cultural organisations and events as they unfold, paying close attention to people, interactions and the moments that communicate what an organisation or programme is really about.
Whether I’m documenting an event, exhibition, workshop or public programme, I work unobtrusively to capture the wider atmosphere alongside the people and details that give it context. Where needed, I can combine this documentary approach with natural portraits of speakers, staff and participants.
The result is a varied set of photographs that feels authentic rather than staged, giving you a useful library of images for websites, press, social media and future communications.
Is this the right fit?
Every project is quoted individually based on its scale, location, coverage required and how the finished images will be used.
You might be in the right place if you:
value natural, observational photography over heavily staged imagery
want to capture the people, atmosphere and activity behind your organisation or programme
need photographs for websites, press, reports, social media or ongoing communications
Whether you’re documenting an event, exhibition, workshop, public programme or the people behind your organisation, I’ll work with you to shape a clear brief and create a varied, useful set of images.
