I’m John — a documentary wedding photographer based in Liverpool, photographing weddings across the North West.

I blend into your day like a friend with a camera, quietly catching the real moments as they unfold: the laughter, the nerves, the hugs, and all the tiny in-between bits you’ll treasure most.

Whether your wedding is in Liverpool, Chester, Cheshire, Manchester or further afield, I’m happiest when I’m photographing people being themselves.

I photograph weddings quietly and honestly, focusing on real moments as they happen.

I won’t ask you to pose, perform or interrupt your day for the sake of photos.

The aim is simple: photographs that feel natural now, and meaningful years from now.

Every wedding is different, but most couples invest between £950-1,200, depending on coverage, location and the shape of the day.

5 Hours - from £750

Ideal for intimate ceremonies or shorter celebrations.

8 Hours - from £950

Most popular - from ceremony to dancing.

12 Hours - from £1200

Full day storytelling - from morning prep to partying.

All packages include edited high-resolution images, private online gallery, and travel within the North West.
